Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary/health reasons. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All sales are final, once your order has shipped. If we have not yet shipped your order and you would like to cancel, we will be able to refund you upon request. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Contact USPS directly to deal with any shipping mishap.
